Home Inspection is a service designed to inspect the condition of a property for probable defects relating to quality of material used, fixtures durability and the overall fitness of the house. Qualified civil engineers conduct a thorough inspection of a property with the help of high tech equipment and submit a comprehensive report describing all the defects in the property supported with photographic evidence.

A quality home inspection reveals critical information about the actual condition of the house, any hidden defects, along with specifications used in the property. A quality inspection allows the buyer to know the repairs & maintenance costs.

The report identifies defects and categorizes them into major, minor and cosmetic across multiple parameters from plumbing to electrical to flooring. Upon discovery of such defects, the owner can ask the property owner, contractor or builder to rectify them before taking handover of the property.

The builder /developer cannot deny Inspection by a third party if you have signed the Builder Buyer Agreement and the Sale Deed and are the rightful owners of the property. As a consumer you have all the rights to inspect yourself or through a third party of your choice before taking possession of your property.
